Construction cleanup. Ready for handover.
Post-construction cleaning for new builds, renovations and tenant improvements across Idaho and Utah. Plan the rough clean, final detail and later touch-ups with one clear scope.
Choose the right cleaning phase.
Rough construction cleaning
Clear agreed debris and initial dust from released work areas. Confirm access, disposal responsibilities, and what needs to wait for the final pass.
View scope and details02 / FINAL CLEANFinal construction cleaning
Detail accessible surfaces, fixtures, and floors once the area is ready. Set the scope around new finishes and the contractor’s handover schedule.
View scope and details03 / TOUCH-UP CLEANPost-construction touch-ups
Address new dust, fingerprints, and marks after late trade work or walkthroughs. Identify the affected areas instead of assuming a full repeat clean.
View scope and detailsHazardous materials, regulated waste, specialist remediation, high-access work and equipment servicing are not included unless separately reviewed and agreed in writing.
Plan the clean before the handover.
- Share the site details. Include the location, cleanable area, surface types and preferred dates.
- Review the work. Confirm access, tasks, exclusions and whether a walkthrough is needed.
- Agree the quote. Review scope, price and service windows before booking.
- Check completion. Identify the walkthrough contact and how missed agreed items will be reported.
What affects the quote?
Your quote is based on the agreed tasks, area, surface condition, access, cleaning frequency and project schedule. A square-foot figure alone is not a binding price.
We confirm crew availability and the service window after reviewing your location and scope. Office hours are contact hours, not a promise of immediate crew dispatch.
Agree the checklist and walkthrough contact before work begins. Report any missed agreed items to the team so the next steps can be confirmed against your scope.

I work for a commercial general contractor Okland Construction, we’ve used Imperial on various big projects in Idaho falls, both were short notice to get them on. They manned up right away and got it done quickly to meet our schedule, but also did a quality job. We’ve had multiple owners very pleased with how clean we turn the buildings over. Fransisco is very organized, and structured with his crews. Very pleased with Imperial, we will definitely use them on future projects!
On behalf of Bateman Hall Inc we can’t say enough good things about Imperial Cleaning Inc. Francisco, and his staff of cleaning professionals are incredibly hard working, super productive , courteous and detail oriented. They performed a monumental task construction cleaning and final cleaning the newly opened Mountain America Center and Hero Arena. ICI is the best in the business.
